This is the National Institute of Home Inspection's online exam. This can be used as a practice test for the NHIE or to brush up on your skills as a home inspector. The test is broken up into 100 question sessions. These questions are randomly picked from a question bank of over 2000 questions. Once you log in a new group of questions is picked and once you log out, the test resets with 100 new questions.
